Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ParlourDesk (“the Service”), operated by ParlourDesk LLC (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ParlourDesk is a studio management platform for tattoo studios. The Service includes appointment scheduling, canvas consent forms, deposit tracking, automated reminders, and commission reporting.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per studio; artists are managed as sub-users within a studio account.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into ParlourDesk, including client records, consent forms, and appointment data. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to store client information.
5. Consent Forms
ParlourDesk provides digital consent form tools including canvas signature capture, PDF generation, and archival. While we design these tools to support legal compliance, we do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your consent forms meet the requirements of your local jurisdiction.
6. Payments & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Deposit tracking is a record-keeping feature; ParlourDesk does not process payments directly.
7. SMS Reminders
Automated SMS reminders are sent on your behalf to your clients. You are responsible for ensuring your clients have consented to receive text messages. Standard messaging rates may apply to your clients.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: sending unsolicited messages, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the platform, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
ParlourDesk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
